1. Call (303)345-8363to schedule your Guaranteed Best Lawn Aeration; Richlawn Pro-Rich Organic Based Fertilizer, and REVIVE Organic Soil Treatment your lawn aeration. Betty will set everything up for you. If you happen to get her voice mail during business hours, please leave a message and she will return your call as soon as possible.

2. Water your lawn a full day or 2 before your lawn aeration. Never water the night before or the morning of your aeration. If you have a problem watering your lawn, you must call and reschedule your aeration for another day. We are not able to offer our guarantee if the lawn has not been watered properly before your aeration.

3. Mark all your sprinkler heads, valve boxes, drain valve covers, invisible dog fence lines that could be hit and/or broken by the aerator with marking flags (available at local hardware store), or plastic spoons or white baking flour around all noted objects also works great. Highlands Ranch Aeration is not responsible for unmarked objects of any kind.

4. If you have a dog, please pickup all dog droppings. In most cases, we can aerate your lawn with your dog left in the backyard. If your dog is O.K. with a noisy machine, is not aggressive in nature and will simply hide from the aerator during the lawn aeration. We are comfortable having your dog left in the backyard if you are. We are always careful closing the gate behind us securely.

5. Please leave check in an envelope at agreed hiding place.

6. All aeration plugs and fertilizer will be cleaned or blown off driveway, patios and sidewalks. We only use organic based fertilizers which are safe for pets.
